WHO WE ARE
CASA of Kay & Noble Counties serves as a voice for some of the most vulnerable children in our community. CASA makes sure these children receive the critical support services they deserve by providing them with a volunteer advocate; an everyday citizen who champions their best interests and fights for their right to a happy, safe life.
Our mission is to speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children by providing quality volunteer advocates who work toward a safe, permanent home as soon as possible for each child. Kay County ranked #10 in Oklahoma in 2014 for the number of cases investigated for child abuse and/or neglect by DHS Child Welfare Services. There were 1,529 children in Kay and Noble Counties combined. You can advocate for these children and help meet an overwhelming need in our community. What are you waiting for?
