Who are our CASA Volunteers?
CASA Volunteers are everyday people who care about children. They come from all walks of life. Many work full-time, some are college students, and some are retired.
They are self-directed in their volunteer work with CASA, finding time in their existing schedules to make the visits and phone calls necessary to advocate for their child.
Most volunteers work 2-3 hours per week ontheir case, but the time commitment will vary based on the complexity of the case and whick stage of the court process it is in.
A CASA Volunteer Must Be:

Willing to commit to the CASA program for at least 1 year

An effective communicator

Able to objectively collect information from a variety of sources

Willing to go through an in-depth training process

Able to pass a background check

Be over 21 years of age
