Kay & Noble County CASA owes the children we serve the best volunteer work possible. We carefully screen and train our volunteers, because the future of these children depends on it.  To become a CASA Volunteer, you must:
  • Not be involved in the Kay & Noble County juvenile court system as an employee, etc.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Submit to a written application, with at least six (6) references.
  • Submit to a personal interview and/or screening.
  • Submit to a background check of law enforcement records
  • Successfully complete 30 hours of initial training.
  • Agree to a minimum one (1) year commitment.
  • Spend 2-3 hours per week on your case.
  • Attend all court hearings for the case you are assigned.
